1. Application form (지원서)
2. A Copy of Applicant’s Passport (여권사본)
3. A Copy Residence Card : required person who is staying in Korea only (외국인등록증)
4. Passport Copy of Parents or ID card valid in their home country (부모의 신분증 사본)
5. Official document of Family Relationship Certificate (가족관계증명서)
6. High School(expected) graduation certificate confirmed by Korea Embassy or Apostille
(고등학교 졸업증명서, 영사공증문서)
7. High School official transcripts (4-years) (고등학교 성적증명서)
8. Finance guarantee letter :  Certificate of over KRW 10,000,000 credit balance (잔고증명서)
